Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
• Submitted photos: Photos you upload are stored on our servers. We resize and process them before storage.
• Location data: If your photo contains GPS EXIF data, we extract the coordinates to power the map feature, then permanently strip all EXIF metadata from the stored image. Raw EXIF data is never exposed to other users.
• Usage data: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics.
• Purchase information: If you buy a sticker, Stripe processes your payment. We receive your email and shipping address. We do not store card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the Site.
• To display your submissions and associated location data on the map.
• To fulfill sticker orders.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, account notices).
• To moderate content and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Location Data

Location coordinates extracted from photo EXIF data are displayed on our public map (if the photo was geo-tagged). The approximate location (city/region level) may be shown on submissions. We never display precise GPS coordinates publicly. If you do not want your photo's location shared, disable location services on your camera before taking the photo.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use:

• Session cookies for authentication.
• Google AdSense cookies for advertising (managed by Google's privacy policy).
• No cross-site tracking cookies of our own.

5. Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth — Authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — Database and file storage.
• Stripe — Payment processing. We never see your card details.
• Google AdSense — Advertising. Google may use cookies for ad personalization.
• Anthropic Claude API — AI photo analysis. Photos are sent to Anthropic's API for processing and are not retained by Anthropic per their data policy.
• Vercel — Hosting and CDN.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and submissions as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated content by emailing legal@doucheparking.com.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to processing or request restriction.
• Data portability.
• Opt out of sale of personal information (we don't sell data).

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
