DoucheParking.com is a humor and satire platform. All labels, designations, and commentary on this Site — including the term "douche parker" — constitute opinion and satire, not statements of fact. No submission constitutes an accusation of illegal conduct. The Site documents parking behavior, not the character of individuals.

We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-submitted content.

3. User Submissions

By submitting a photo or other content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the author or have the right to submit the content.
  • The photo was taken in a public space where you had a legal right to photograph.
  • The content does not violate any applicable law.
  • You are not submitting photos of individuals — only vehicles in public spaces.
  • You grant DoucheParking.com a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your submission.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

  • Clearly identifies or targets a specific individual (faces, names, personal information).
  • Is fabricated, staged, or misleading.
  • Constitutes harassment, threats, or defamation of a specific person.
  • Violates any applicable law, including privacy laws.
  • Is pornographic, violent, or otherwise offensive beyond the site's parking-humor scope.

5. License Plate Visibility

While license plates are legally visible in public spaces, we automatically attempt to blur them in uploaded photos as a courtesy. We cannot guarantee perfect blurring. You are responsible for ensuring your submission does not contain information you do not wish to make public.

6. Content Removal & DMCA

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright or violates these Terms, contact us at legal@doucheparking.com. We will review and respond to valid takedown requests in a timely manner.

We reserve the right to remove any submission at our sole discretion.

7. Accounts & Moderation

We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or shadow-ban any account at our discretion, including for repeated policy violations. Shadow-banned users may continue to post; their content simply will not be visible to others.

8. Purchases

Physical products (stickers) are sold as-is. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged. Contact us at store@doucheparking.com for order issues.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
